The Answers You Need
While working with customers, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch with us and we’ll provide the information you need.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO SKATE IN?
We always tell people to dress in layers. You can always take items off, but you cannot put them on if you do not bring them. So a good pair of socks, a sweatshirt, gloves and a jacket would be a great start.
CAN I WEAR MY SHOES ON THE ICE TO HELP MY CHILD?
No. Going on the ice in shoes is unsafe for you and your child.
CAN I COME IN BETWEEN SESSION TIMES?
You can. But, to guarantee a reasonable amount of skating, it is best to come at the beginning of a session. We will make an effort to see you get a fair amount of skating, but can't guarantee a full two-hours if you come in the middle of a session.
Can I Carry My Child on the Ice?
For the safety of you and your child, we do not allow parents/adults to carry their children on the ice. We do offer skate helpers (not people) to help your child skate.

Can I Rent Out a Skate Helper for my Child?
Yes. We have a select number of skate helpers available for rent. All you need is an ID or set of keys to trade out for it, and your child will receive the color wristband for the helper. Once returned to the Skate Guard, your items will be returned.
